All payments for GoHighLevel or for services provided via GoHighLevel are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you decide to cancel your GoHighLevel membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the ecosystem.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your GoHighLevel subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected]

A GoHighLevel user is responsible for paying all sums due to GoHighLevel in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the GoHighLevel user to use any of the services available through the service provided by GoHighLevel does not relieve the GoHighLevel user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
With your membership to GoHighLevel, you’ll receive access to our exclusive GoHighLevel-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; GoHighLevel funnel designs, GoHighLevel Emails, GoHighLevel Automations, and the GoHighLevel Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on GoHighLevel Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within GoHighLevel, exclusively for current GoHighLevel members only.
This means that everything inside the GoHighLevel Ecosystem is non-transferable to any other GoHighLevel ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of GoHighLevel training materials outside of GoHighLevel membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the GoHighLevel Support calls are for current GoHighLevel only.
If you decide to cancel your GoHighLevel membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; GoHighLevel Funnels designs, GoHighLevel Support Calls. You will be removed from the GoHighLevel Facebook Group.
